Received Text From Apple Promising to test and keep Ipad 3 only first 1000 users that go to http://newestipad3.mobi and apply will recieve, think this is a scam

harrassing calls 2 to 3 times a week sometimes no sound on other end sometimes russeling noises

It was a text saying my 'Atlanta Postal Credit Union account has been blocked as result of ATM fraud attempt.  Call us immediately at 82824909.'Not as a result     'as result'I don't even have an account w/ them.I've heard that these phishing scams often have incorrect grammar or spelling.

called and said my name and then said someone i have never heard of had used my name as a credit reference and that she had now been summoned. very rude. left the message on voice mail. left this number to call back with a claim number but when call the number it asks for a pin. total rude people.
