Called my cell phone didn't leave a message. Most of these numbers are scrambled, so even if you call them back, it might say the number is out of service, or you may get a dead line. Just another unscrupulous tactic of credit collectors and ad calls!

Asking too much questions and said I won turned out scammer asking for money

we keep on receiving rings with this no. stating these people are debt collectors.
