I also have been receiving phone calls from this number they know my address and the name of some one that has lived here and this person speaking spanish has tried to make say 'yes' asking me this sort of key questions.

I got two calls on my cell phone. The first time they left no message. The second time they left a message looking for someone I've never heard of. Never identified who they were or what company they were with and gave an 800 number to respond to.
