Busy signal when attempting to call back

Keep getting this number on my cell phone.

Called my home phone yesterday 2/5/08, car warranty service company, I have only had this new number about a week, I had to change old number due to all the annoying phone calls. Now, I told the person on the phone to take my number off their call list, when calling the number 702-520-1287, the recording says 'please check the number and try again', I've added my new number to the do not call list, what is it going to take for the gnats, flies, etc. to stop calling. Something needs to be done ASAP!
