keep getting a call from this #. but when u ans they don't answer you, but u hear an open line

Person left message saying that their trying to collect a debt from some unknown persons name. Of course they want you to call them back if that supposed person doesn't live there, which is when they probably try to extract all sorts of personal info from you, all in the name of making sure they have the correct info or not. Man these people are getting slick.
