Scam, spoof number

I got a phone call from this number on friday, and when I called back, I got an automated message that said 'all circuits are busy'. Still have no idea who they are.

person calling with accent looking for somebody known as brenda.  left msg on our phone.  Said these people would take legal action when no one rang back.

Recorded voice wanted to pay me $2500/wk to advertise a phone number. I chose not to listen to a 3 minute ad about it.
