I could tell it was a scam just by the way the number had transferred as soon as I answered the phone. It makes a beep and a foreigner starts to talk

This number calls me several times a week. It's a recorded message so I can't tell them to quit calling.

This caller called my phone today at 5pm. I called back and a young lady answered. When I asked her if she had called this phone, she hung up on me. She didnt say Im sorry I got the wrong number or anything. This is rude, and harassment. I am also reporting this to the police.
