Always calls diff number never mention the office name..FAKE

Some recorded message saying it's urgent I call them about a card. But at end of call states time is short on low interest rates for card. Message starts out as if to make you worried there is a problem with a card of yours, then at end of message its a sales call. Strange coming from a local number that's only a few digets from mine and mines a cell phone.
