Keep getting calls and hangups on this number 973-246-3818. What happens It feels like harassment

one call came in. not familiar with number.

4.14.2020 at 1110 I was called by this VoIP that I cancelled. Research shows possible scam. Called the number back later in the day: Thank you for calling the Fund Raising Center we can not take your call at this time, hesitation. for more options please press 9 hesitation, Thank you please have a nice day.

The number who called me was 205-313-0820 and the caller ID read Public Safety. No one said a word, so I hung up. This was the first call I got from them. It was Sunday, 7:45p.m. Aug. 21, 2011.
