Millions Call

Person speaks fast and incoherently. After a few seconds a hang up and then calls again. Does not answer return calls.

cannot ring back. Continuous engaged signal.

block calls voicemail and text

Received call from number more than once.

Spam caller. It went to voicemail, where it continued an obviously automated message about auto warranty.

Another telemarketer that is too stupid to comply with the Do Not Call list. Should be fined!

Just wanted to know who it was

The very thick accent on the other end told me that I won 1.5 million dollars from "UPS the delivery company". I told them never to call this number again and that it old report them.

They left a message for me to return a call to area code 866 I was unable to place a call to this area code because I recently placed a block on all out of country calls. I assume this was an out of country call. They they were calling from Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Since it was a weekend I could not contact customer service at Anthem until Monday
