Female voice recording for my ebay Electric Range... I never called

rang, telephone called twice, no put the phone down & no reply on the phone line.

I called them.... they said they were a student loan forgiveness program. I gave them all my personal info. I am going to have my identity stolen???

This number appeared on our application cards Citi, along with a $ 29.95 charge, we did not. I reported this to the credit card company.This happened with another fictitious company in the last month, but the charge was for $ 2.95. This is an escalation.
