"Bob" yells and says he knows your name and SSN. Call is always for Erica Johnson. Says he is not collection agency but says she owes money Refuses to give address, email or any other info. Belligerent when you ask questions

This was the number that came up on caller ID, but told me in the voicemail to call 833-302-7800 and gave me a "file number." Stated they were "Allegiance Accounting Services" and that they were moving my account to a higher level to be reviewed.
