Robo call peddling relief for student loans of which I have none. Where do these people get my cell phone number?

we do not recognise who it is, however these people keep on phoning

Here's what I saw on another blog that works; there's a do not call service for a small number of companies that call consumers. Call 307-223-0458 or email to [email protected]. Give the caller's number to verify it's on their list of numbers and your receiving number and they'll remove it from the caller's list. It took a couple of days to process but they were able to stop these calls.
