This person has called from 3 different numbers threaten my husband. Saying that he defaulted on a loan for 10.00. We have never had a loan for that amount and the company he claims we got the loan from has know clue who he is. He has threatened to have my husband arrested and to put a stop to any social security or other government retirement money he may receive. He refuses to send us any information on the loan saying that he has to give it to the attorney.
