Scammer. Foreign accent, typically claims to represent the US Government and that we have 'free money' or 'free money for education'. After being told many times not to call back, same people call insisting on talking to my youngest daughter, but refuse to talk to her mother or I (her father). My phone number is a private line, unlisted, and I pay to have it as such. I want these people arrested and/or shut down! Others HAVE reported this number on other websites. This time, I want ACTION on it. Thank you!
