There's fine print on the bottom of my mailing from them disclaiming that they are not affiliated with, nor endorsed by, B of A, and that information regarding my current remodification process were obtained through public records. They're a phishing company masquerading as B of A - it looks like the number used to belong to a document shredding compny back in 2009.
