No sure who this is

I just got a call from 'Miss Dupree' from People First Recoveries at work. When I explained that I could not take these calls at work, she asked me if I was refusing to pay the debt. I told her I didn't have enough information to answer and ONCE AGAIN, I cculd not take these calls at work. She hung up on me. This number called me twice today. I answered both times, but nobody was on the other line, just silence.

texted me and said 'who this'

sent me a bitly address to my phone

I received a missed call from this number and when I called it back it said number not in service.
