Millions Call

I would answer and they would say nothing.I would say hello a couple times and wait, and I would just hear background noise while they are driving wradio playing.    I now have stopped even answering, but they will still sometimes leave a voicemail with the background driving noise.    I would at least think they would block caller ID.    Im just writing this to see if any others have the same problem with this number.

have been bombarded with phone calls from this number asking for access to my computer. anyone else being bothered?

Just been called by this number. Heard an echo of my "Hello" twice.
No response.
What are they looking for.
