they have called my phone daily two x day now even if I try to block them

Called stating with Brent Carter Constuction. When told I was on Do Not Call List and asked for company name again was told SDI Remodeling in St. Paul, MN. 69 for number and it answers stating party is not available.

They called at 11pm let it ring 3x and hung up

Calls everyday. Never leaves a message. When i call back, it never rings just complete silence. Very strange. Also, when i reverse # search, it states that the carrier is sprint.
