Have received about 5 calls, all between 3AM    5AM, Pacific Time. Always the same person, a black woman who does not identify herself, but talks in a slurred speech, with bad pronunciations, almost like she has some teeth missing or may be a village savant. Contacted the director last week, there is no reply nor response.
