I've been getting this call almost every day for a month now. I'm not sure if it doesn't actually ring because I ALWAYS just see that its a missed call. Called back once and said something about NYU?

we got a ring with this no. & this is a recorded msg stating our cc is about to be cancelled. this stated to press "1" to talk to a operator & speak about changing our interest rate. we put the phone down & rang the no. back & had exactly what seemed just like a actual guy's VM.
