Calling me

This is very true.I was charged $30 back on 4/8/2011 and to this date my change of address has not gone through. I even called the number and left messages and was told I would get a response within 1 business day through email.no response and no refund.

these people are obnoxious & untrustworthy.

we had a ring with 'em no name came up therefore we didnt reply & these people didnt pass on a msg
