I have signed up for the do not call list for my cell phone, 317-549-5005, why am I getting these junk text messages that I have to pay for? Can I sue these people for bothering me when I'm on a do not call list?  They want to to sell me a car on bad credit.

rings repeatedly, however no one states a single thing soon as picked up.

I don't know who this is, but my caller ID has identified this number which seems to be an automatic call, and it's been calling my phone for the past three nights.

This number shows up on my caller ID as a Florida Cell Phone Number.  They call once a day and hang up.  When I call back, I get a voice mail box, but cannot leave a message as it is full.
