person calling keeps on phoning stating only this was a Toll Free no. We are very receiving fed up of these types of rings where no one answers or cannot pass on a msg.

Someone user from Erie, Pennsylvania received an unsolicited call from 814 727 9275 and reported the caller to the FCC

do google search to see that this number is part of a scam that started in NYC. They threatened a lawsuit regarding a pay day loan. they are rude. they also say they are with the FBI and are law enforcement officers. IT'S A SCAM!

Another site's comment said call 866-246-7196 for a do not call request service which I did and it worked to stop the phone calls. All you have to do is give the caller's phone number to confirm it's on their list and the receiving phone number to add to the do not call list.
