Unknown caller demanding to know who pays our electric bill and how much we pay. He refused to identify himself and had a very thick accent. We hung up.

This person calls and harrasses me by calling about 40 times a day. Says she looks at her boyfriends phone and sees my number in his phone and wants to know who, what I have to do with her boyfriend. I told her we r friends. Nothing more. She still continues to call. Insane.
