FCC Complaint: Abandoned Calls

This number called me three times back to back to back at 6 am in the morning - woke me up in other words. The caller did not speak English and kept calling over and over again, and each time I would tell them it was a WRONG NUMBER. I ran a reverse look-up with phone number and found name of Danh Ngo - located in Tacoma, WA. Some people shouldn't own phones.
