Guy keeps prank calling and won't stop.

Spam or at least an unsolicited communication. On the do not call list but still get this crap.

If people would use the amazing internet to investigate before jumping to paranoid conclusions, they would find (rather easily) that Googling 'The Foundry Res 424-9153' displays links to The Foundry Rescue Mission & Recovery Center.a rehab facility/organization in Bessemer, AL. The phone calls are undoubtedly for the purpose of asking for donations of unwanted clothing, furniture, etc.

Robocaller ignoring do not call registration. Fails to leave voicemail. No caller ID. AT&T lists number as Spam Risk. Block number.
