was this a scam? msg stated BCBSC wanted to gather vital details & provided a different no. to ring back 1-844-813-3506 toll free.

Some young kid keeps on SMSing us. this began as a accident, however now these people will not stop. we attempted to ring the no., however this states that the no. was temporarily out of service.

Call from an auto company. When I told them I no longer owned a car, the caller pretended not to be calling from an auto company. I insisted that was what he said and he cursed me out and hung up.
