I received two picture text messages from this man exposing his genitals. I DO NOT KNOW THIS PERSON OR WHY HE TARGETED ME. I have contacted the police in Baton Rouge, La and WILL file whatever charges I can.

Repeated phone calls. When pressed, quickly willing to settle for a lessor amount. Said they "represent" a certain company, making it sound like they are attorneys. The "Company" they say they represent is located clear across the country! Obviuosly this guy buys old debts. The idiot likes to leave messages with Bugs Bunny music playing as a harrassment technique.
