210-556-1736, rude arrogant, demanding I pay him, he will be serving me an envelope issued by the Judge Courts demanding I pay.    Also he will arrest me.    He is hired by the Judge.    I will serve me at all of the addresses his files shows issued by the Judge of the Court.

This number calls about 2-3 times a day. I called back, it just rings and rings and rings. Please make it stop
