this is costing me money for cell bill needs to stop

This is UPS. It goes to voicemail because the reps cannot receive inbound calls. They helped get my shipping account active and negotiated rates for my shipping.

Calls multiple times a day. Does not leave a message. Attempted to call the number back and recieved a number has been disconnected recording.

Robot leaves a message about starting legal process. Lives Far away with no affiliation with TX. Possibly scam.

This number displayed as a Cumberland, MD phone number, a town where I have friends. Clearly the trick was meant to make me answer the call. I did not answer and no message was left for me.
