They made big order and when we arrive there they said they dont have money . Big Scam

they said they were from the u.s. department of government grants and that i was chosen to receive a $9000 grant

Keep getting calls from this # as well as other similar numbers.  Answered one time.  A person that I could not understand and then they hang up.

This number is from Debt Collector representing American Express.

Seems to be telemarketing scam. Just calls and doesn't say anything. That or a creepy stalker not sure what the case is but if u have the chance call back and give them a piece of your mind.
