Extended car warranty scam

It is 'America Votes' and has the nerve to come up as a 'local call.' Now, I live in Michigan, but when the poor girl started reading the script about 'your state supreme court' I could barely understand her Southern accent. Then she starts naming people who are NOT on the Michigan Court. She knew nothing and got so flustered I told her to take my name off the list. At LEAST train these poor phone workers!!!

Constantly calling and says nothing or won’t leave messages

unknown number - no message left on answering machine

Threatning me and verbally sexual harrassing me

Called me and knew my name and address and said he was looking for someone (gave name escapes me) at an address on the street wanting their phone number. Said he got my number off a list. I didn't think to ask what list.

Do not want it texting or calling my phone
