Millions Call

Looks like this might be a fake 'spoofed' phone number (which should not be legal anymore). The area code and prefix suggests its a Minneapolis, MN phone number but not much else is known. Has anyone else gotten a call from these people?

They just call everyday and I just want it to stop now.

Drug dealer in Carmichael CA, Vincent Digilio, on probation with Sacramento county and served time for child molestation.

On the Calling-ID this came up Upgrade Now. we did not reply this however these people put the phone down. This was obviously solicitation.

i have got numerous experiences with this telephone no. Sometimes we would get rings with this as a debt collection firm, subsequently we would get forwarded SMS with them, & we just now had a sms with 'em that states 'Hey whats is up how are the children's doing'.

got a collections msg with the above no. Who are these ppl & exactly what was their mailing address?
