SCAMING PEOPLE

6 calls in the last 2 days. No message. No one answers...not really. I can hear someone, but apparently, they cannot hear me. Tired of it.

received call 11/06/10 @ 2:12pm.  A polite man asking for donation for Johns Hopkins.  Told me checks were too costly for the hospital to process and asked for a credit card number.  Alarms went off and I declined saying I would donate as usual.  Was this a scam or the real thing?

Received a text message claiming that '[my] entry last month has won!' and I need to claim my $1000 Best Buy gift card. I never enter contests or sweepstakes so this seems suspect.

Caller ID said Southland Remod. Not received a response. Put the number of blacklist to block any future calls from this number.
