Scam. Said they were the IRS and when pressed he admitted it was a scam and laughed.

Got a robo-call from (510) 545-8047 on Monday 02/24/2014 at 8:51 PM. Part of the recorded speech was cut off. He wanted me to call another number to donate to an organization which he didn't name. Seems suspicious. I added his number to the AT&T call screen list (dial *60 in case you have paid for this service.) I will not answer the phone unless I know who is calling. I wish the telemarketing and fundraising industries would figure this out. If a human is not dialling the phone, do not expect a human to answer it!
