This is an illegal scam. They claim irs is investigating you at federal level. Mike Allen special agent. When you call back and ask questions they hang up. Sounds like phone calls are going to international call center. I already contacted the appropriate authorities.

Chinese recording no idea why they keep calling

soon as we ring back sometimes we get a msg with AT&T that the telephone was discinected , other times a guy known as MIKE answers, was this disconected or not?
