Chebat and Account Discovery Systems is in Amherst NY (Buffalo NY metro area) with address 495 Commerce Dr. "Suite" 2, Amherst NY 14228. This is a FedEX/Kinkos or similar storefront. Company called AmerAssist, I think. Dude's name was Damiam. Wanted to provide debt collection assistance for a small business that I attempted to start but closed roughly 2 years ago here in Seattle, WA.

Keeps calling my number and leaves no message.

Scam. They won't stop calling and it's an automated dialer. They are trying to rip you off.

Leaves annoying automated message. Calls daily. Once I find out an organization name than I floodtheir contact e-mail with a copy & paste of complaints.If their using anothers name for nefarious purposes than that organization obviously needs to be aware . . . relative to the degree of harrassment and/or the judgement of the people being abused. US!!!
