This person lies and says he is a contractor.    He lies about his name and organization affiliations. I have a police report out on him but can only locate him by cell phone and he changes the number to duck and dodge people.    He has impersonated himslef as a member of an elite fraternity as well. He has stolen money by not completing a job.
