I got a spam text from a website registered to Ken Morgan at this number

It was form collections

Good evening, I live in France and someone keeps calling us from this number about 2 A.M. in the night, with no message at all. They just call and wake us all. we have had numerous rings with this no. There was no one at the other end soon as we answer. Also, 836 looks just like a invalid region code

they will not leave u alone. trying to do a loan over the phone that I never applied for.
