Fake IRS scam calling Ohio numbers.

I received a call for (202)239-8723. A man named Jeff Morgan with a Indian (for India) male voice claiming to be a IRS lawyer from DC. He told me that IRS have fine charge against me on money laundry fraud and in 45 minutes local authorities will arresting me. The call came from sprint carrier, with a mobile phone. It got me thinking why would IRS call me from a cell phone and not from 1-800 number. I called the number back and same person answered with a s Eric Thomson. I called the local authority and filed a harassment charge.
