Computer call for collection w wrong data

Call from Payment America systems saying I owed money from 2004, said he could not give me any other information.

Left a message saying that they are the social security administration, and I’m going to get arresedtwd if I don’t call them back.
So stupid!

Calls late at night. Never leaves voicemail.

seems a little fishy to me! No address or firm name. No type of work to be done. A telephone number that has no record. A gmail account for e-mail. subsequently I am to think that when I interview, I can be put to work right away? when this sounds, smells, & looks just like this people this surely BU***HIT !!!!!!!
