weird phone number calling me many times.. still do not know what is it

This is a phishing scam by a collection company. They state you have won Money just call them back to collect. They are actually a collection agency located in Cookstown, Ontario, Canada.

This is a scam by someone who makes threats to separate you from your money.

l received a phone call from this number. They claimed to be college finders and I'm already wprking on going to my local college. They constantly call me. I called this number back only to get a busy signal. This number also says Viacom on the caller ID. Hmm I thought they were from College Finder. They've also called from another which is 716-578-2826 whitch says Cell Phone NY. Sounds kinda fishy to me.
