I got this call also on Sept.07 2018. Heavy accent ( Pakistan or India sounding) Told him I was turning his number in into the Federal Trade commission and hung up. Call the FTC and report this , they are investigating these people.

They called me and never said anything, them hung-up

This number belongs to the NSC (National Revival), a debt collector. They are very threatening, and say that they are studying and you will be turning the dealing authorities. They call from different numbers and continually rude and annoying.

Same exact situation happened with my company.  They are a scam.  Do not give them ANY information over the phone.  Do not give them your first or last name.

got a call about debt relief.  Asked how they got my number, and they said they were cold calling numbers.
