Called me 8 times already today. Blocked

This person / company keeps calling me even though I have registered with the Do Not Call Registry.

Received several phone calls over the past few days. Did not answer any of them. A recorded VM left stating this is "the mortgage center" and asking I call them back. When I call the number, music comes one. This number is also associated with 916-248-4864 and 916-248-4871. Super annoying. Hate having jackasses blowing up my phone.
