Looks like the local hospital, but no message. Maybe a begathon.

210-556-1736, rude arrogant, demanding I pay him, he will be serving me an envelope issued by the Judge Courts demanding I pay.    Also he will arrest me.    He is hired by the Judge.    I will serve me at all of the addresses his files shows issued by the Judge of the Court.

cell phone rang until call transferred to voicemail. no message left.

The 1st complaint was filed with the FCC about (580) 203-3824 on 2020-03-12

This must be a scam. I dialed back and a recording said it was not in service

This is a scammer from Craigslist. It tells you to send a Paypal invoice and shippers will pick up the product. Beware!!!!

this number keeps calling - they sound like a foreign call center
