this was a reroute no. that CELLCOM uses. The long distance ring is really made with Mitchell Field in Milwaukee to Seymour,WI, however these people bounce this around. Standard practice for CELLCOM when you're more than 50 miles with ur "home" tower. it is really cheap service. You get exactly what you pay for.
