phone call to my cell phone--no message

Always calls, does not say a word. Finally blocked them.

two phone calls/ no messages same day 4 1/2 hours apart turns out to be a publishing company...told them i was on no call list and hung up...wow..isn't it great that they've made our cellphone numbers public?

i want to know who number belong to. It looked like the caller is from another world to me. Because they harassment me every single days.

Thanked me for paying my bill on time for the last several months and wanted to give me a better interest rate. But this is NOT my Visa company!!!
