Caller from India or Pakistan is phishing for personal info about my medicare coverage

we had a ring with this 'unknown' no. Initially no one picked up & subsequently a automated msg stated 'this is not a legit card no. ' I stayed on the phone line & subsequently these people cut off.

The auto caller stated that this was the third time they tried to reach me and a federal agent would be contacted and I would be charged.

They keep calling won´t leave no message name won´t show up on caller ID either. If a name won´t show up I don´t answer it.

dont know this caller and they keep calling me

No voice on other end just breathing

wont leave me alone saying he going to gut me

keeps calling && texting trying to get back with my sister but she don't want him.
