this number calls my phone at least once per day and NEVER leaves a message. I simply do not answer unknown numbers and will only return a call from someone who leaves a message.

I WAS TOLD TO CALL AN "OFFICER" HOWEVER, WHEN I RETURNED CALL THEY SAID THEY WERE THE IRS, BUT SOUNDED CHINESE. HAS ANYONE ELSE GOTTEN A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER?
